How many devices can I use?
One. The key binds to the first device that activates it. Contact support to move it to a new machine — a device transfer is included free on 30-day plans and longer.
Can I get a refund?
Fees are non-refundable except where law requires it. Because licenses are digital and instantly delivered, please try the day pass first if you're not sure the tool fits your workflow.
What happens when my license ends?
The app stops validating and refuses to run. Ask for an extension and your existing key is renewed in place — no new key, no reinstall, no lost settings.
Do you send emails on my behalf?
No. The software runs entirely on your computer using the mail accounts you connect. You are responsible for your recipient list, your content, and compliance with the laws that apply to you.
Is spam allowed?
Absolutely not. Spam, phishing and unlawful mail are prohibited. We may revoke a license without refund if it's used that way. Send only to people who agreed to hear from you and honor opt-outs the same day.
What do I need to run the tools?
